Callzy ("we", "us", "the Service") provides AI-powered missed-call recovery for home service contractors in the United States. The core service includes:

The Service is available to legally registered US businesses only. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your business. By signing up, you confirm that your business is real, active, and operates in a service area we support (currently Texas and Florida, expanding).
After payment of the one-time setup fee, we will deliver a fully configured Callzy system within 48 business hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. Delays caused by incomplete information provided by you may extend this timeline. We will send a Loom walkthrough video confirming the system is live before handoff.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the monthly retainer only. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of going live (not from the payment date), contact us at hello@callzy.io and we will issue a full refund of the most recent monthly payment.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup is delivered, as it represents labor already performed. If setup is not delivered within the promised 48-hour window due to our fault, we will refund the setup fee in full.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period required, no cancellation fees. Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid billing period. To cancel, email hello@callzy.io or cancel directly from your client dashboard. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
Upon cancellation, we will provide a data export of your lead history within 5 business days if requested.

Callzy registers all client phone numbers through the A2P 10DLC system as required by US carriers. You must provide truthful information about your business during this registration. Providing false information to obtain carrier registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Our automated SMS replies are sent only in response to incoming calls — a practice we believe is fully TCPA-compliant. However, you are ultimately responsible for your compliance with the TCPA and any other applicable communications law. We strongly recommend consulting a US attorney if you have specific compliance questions.
Callzy retains ownership of all software, AI models, workflows, and templates. You retain ownership of your business data, lead information, and customer conversations. We do not claim any rights over the content of SMS conversations between your customers and the AI.
You grant us a limited license to process your business data and customer data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or lead volumes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how quickly you follow up on booked appointments.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for downtime, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (GoHighLevel, Google, Stripe, US carriers) outside our reasonable control.
Both parties agree to keep each other's business information confidential. We will not share your client list, revenue figures, or business strategy with anyone. You agree not to share access credentials, system documentation, or proprietary AI workflows with competitors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (Barcelona), except where mandatory local law of another jurisdiction applies. For EU customers, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We genuinely prefer to resolve any dispute by email before involving lawyers. Contact us first at hello@callzy.io — almost every issue can be resolved in 24 hours.
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. Active clients will receive email notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
